Yes, you are allowed to bring food, but alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Knives, including Opinels and Swiss army knives, are also prohibited.

For safety reasons, folding chairs are prohibited. A space is provided for wheelchair users at Saint-Roch Square.

It is possible but highly discouraged to come with a stroller due to the large number of people in the Corso area. If you are in the stands, you can leave it at the foot of your stand; however, it is not a secure checkroom, and we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

Yes, there are lockers near the event. However, we invite you to check the list of prohibited items at: Safety Measures. Prohibited items must be deposited there. To facilitate your passage through security checks, it is strongly recommended to bring only the essentials.

Yes, snack bars and restaurants are available inside the Corso. An entrance ticket is required to access them.

Yes, portable toilets are installed inside the Corso and in the Biovès Gardens. They are indicated on the event map.

No entry will be allowed 15 minutes after the start of the parade.

For your comfort, it is strongly recommended to arrive 2 hours before the show starts to pass through security checks smoothly.

The gates open at 11 a.m. on Sunday and at 6 p.m. on Thursday. For your comfort, it is recommended to arrive at the opening to pass through security checks smoothly.

All lost items found on-site are handed over to the Lost and Found service at the Menton Town Hall – 17 rue de la République - Tel: 04 92 10 50 29.

If you have a ’Promenoir’ ticket, you are free to move around as you wish within the enclosed Corso area. It is recommended to use Avenue Félix Faure and Avenue Carnot, while the seafront is mainly reserved for access to the stands.

There is no one place better than another, but the earlier you arrive, the better spot you will get. The seafront is often very crowded, while the parallel street (Félix Faure/Carnot) is generally less busy.

Short stay:

• The Koaland Parking is exclusively accessible to camper vans on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Thursdays from 5 p.m. to midnight (subject to change).
• Walking distance from Koaland: 15 minutes to the Lemon Festival®.

The parking capacity for camper vans is limited and without reservations. We encourage you to use public transportation to reach the event.

Long stay: Staying in camper vans.

For individual visitors: you can buy your tickets directly on our website: www.fete-du-citron.com. Ticket counters are also available near the event, subject to ticket availability at the time of purchase. Please note that all children, regardless of age, must have a ticket, including children under 6 years old (free ticket at €0). Be sure to reserve a seat for them.

Yes, ticket counters are open at the entrances of the Corso on event days, subject to availability. It is recommended to buy your tickets in advance.

You can pay for your tickets in cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) with or without contact, or by holiday vouchers (without change). Since seats are limited, it is strongly recommended to book in advance.

Yes, the Corso takes place within a fenced perimeter with a defined maximum capacity.

Yes, anyone wishing to enter the Corso area must have an entry ticket.

No, there is no age limit, but we discourage bringing children under 3 due to the crowds and high noise levels.

Yes, they will need a ticket, regardless of their age.

No, entry to the Corso is entirely paid, even if you are in costume. Costumes that could cause confusion or have religious, military, or offensive themes are prohibited.

Yes, the ticket is dated for the day of the chosen event. Since tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, it is strongly recommended to check your order before confirming your online purchase or leaving the ticket counter if purchasing on-site.

Yes, provided that the brightness and contrast of the screen allow for correct reading of the barcode.

Depending on the stand you have chosen, please use the following entrances:

• Stands A / B / G: entrances 4 or 6
• Stands C / D: entrance 1
• Stands E / F: entrance 3
• Promenades (standing within the circuit): entrances 2, 4, and 5

Everyone entering the Corso perimeter must have a ticket, even if it is free. In the stands, regardless of age, the child will occupy a seated place.
When booking, be sure to add them to your cart or inform our reservation agents if purchasing on-site.

Depending on the weather conditions, the City of Menton may cancel or interrupt the event. Before the event, the cancellation decision can be made up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the Corso. The information is announced on-site via loudspeakers and on the websites of the City of Menton, the Lemon Festival®, and on social media.

Tickets will then be refunded: see the refund conditions in our
General Terms of Sale. If the show is interrupted after more than half of its duration, no refunds will be made.

In case of cancellation by the organizer, here is the procedure to obtain a refund:

• Thermal tickets (purchased at the ticket office): A form will be available online. You will need to send the complete dossier, including the form, a bank account (RIB), and the original tickets, to the Menton Tourist Office’s reservation service within one month following the cancellation (postmarked) at the following address:

• E-tickets (purchased online): No action is required. The refund will be automatically made to the credit card used for the ticket purchase.

In both cases, the refund will occur within about 5 to 7 weeks. Only the tickets for the canceled event will be refunded, excluding additional fees (handling, shipping, etc.). For more details, see our
